The first step, wear film

After wearing the film, stick the film firmly on the receiving paper tube with tape.

The second step, sealing operation steps (panel operation instructions)
Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, set the thermostat to the predetermined temperature, and the green heating indicator light is on. When the upper hot plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator (when the sealing machine is working, the electric heating device is constantly alternating between heating and heat preservation, so the green and red indicator lights are also constantly displayed alternately, which is a normal phenomenon).
Put the plastic cup into the lower mold slide, push the lower mold slide to a certain position by hand (if it is an automatic sealing machine or automatic sealing machine, after putting the plastic cup, the lower mold slide will automatically enter), press down The handle of the sealing machine reaches the maximum stroke, maintain the pressure for 1~2 seconds, then slowly raise the handle and push it to the original position.
Pull out the lower mold slide, take out the plastic cup, put in the unsealed plastic cup, and perform another cycle.

Cleaning and maintenance of sealing machine
Regularly clean the machine surface, bottom plate and lower die slide plate, groove, upper die inner pressure plate and positioning rod (Note: the power must be turned off and returned to normal temperature).
The lower die slide plate, pressure rod bearing, eccentric wheel, guide column, guide rail and other transmission parts are regularly greased to ensure the performance of the machine.
Method of cleaning the tooth knife: first plug the two drain holes of the lower mold with cotton balls, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold, until it is full, then push the slider of the lower mold into place, press down the upper mold, press To the lowest point, let the tooth knife soak for a few minutes until it is clean, repeat several times.

Precautions for the use of sealing machine
1. It is not suitable for metal containers and metal lids, and can not be placed on a metal table to press the start button, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
2. Before turning on the power supply, you must insert the induction aviation plug and fasten the screws.
3. Use a single-phase three-wire power cord. In order to make the operator safe, be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power socket. The floor of the workplace must be dry to maintain insulation.
4. There is an automatic protection function for overheating. When the temperature inside the machine is overheated, the buzzer in the machine will beep for a long time and the yellow indicator light of "abnormal protection (PRO.MD.)" will be on. After the buzzer stops, continue to work.
5. During the working process, you should always touch the surface of the induction head to check whether it is overheated. If you find that your hands are hot, you should stop heating, and then work after cooling (you can turn off the power for cooling). When the "WARMUP" green indicator is not on, please Do not press the start button to avoid false triggering. After the machine is finished working, please turn off the power switch on the panel.
6. The equipped fuse is 5A, which cannot be replaced by a fuse larger than 5A.
7. There is high voltage inside, and the bottom plate is live. It is strictly forbidden to repair it without permission to avoid personal electric shock.
8. If you find any exposed wires before use, stop using the machine and wait until it is repaired.
9. The equipment should not be impacted, stressed or damp during transportation, storage and use.
