At present, foreign high-speed can sealing machines (such as Hongqiao can sealing machine) can seal cans of various sizes and models, and the sealing capacity is as high as 1200 cans/min;

(3) Vacuum automatic sealing machine. The characteristic is that the sealed can enters the sealing chamber of the can sealing machine, and the air in the can is drawn out by the pipeline connected to the vacuum pump, and then sealed. The machine seals when there are cans with lids, automatically stops when there are cans without lids, automatically stops when overloaded, cannot start and automatically stops when the vacuum is insufficient, and other automatic control devices, with a production capacity of 50 cans/min. It is suitable for special-shaped tanks with a maximum diagonal of 130 mm and a tank height of 22 to 96 mm. The can sealing machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and operation, small size and light weight.
