Filling equipment includes all the components used to create and package liquid, powder or granule products in bottles or cans. These include nozzles and fill heads, seals, and a pump or servo system to deliver the product.

Liquids & Gels: There are several types of liquid filling equipment to choose from depending on the type and quality of your product and the speed of production you need. Some of the most common types are gravity, pressure, and volumetric styles.

Auger & Pocket Fillers: A choice of auger or pocket fillers can help to optimize the flow characteristics of your product and ensure it is filled accurately and consistently at the highest speed possible. These systems are ideal for products with consistent flow characteristics, such as rice, corn, and other granules or powders.

Net Weight Inline Filler: For powders and granules that need to be weighed before dispensed, a net weigh inline filler can be the right solution. These machines are designed to take on jobs that involve precision filling of small weights, bulk weights and everything in between.

Alternatively, there is timed flow filling equipment which uses a tank mounted above the filling head and pneumatic valves to determine the amount of product to be filled. These can be single head or multi-head models and are great for filling a variety of different products that have identical flow characteristics.

Regardless of the equipment you choose, make sure it is capable of being easily upgraded as your production needs change. This will be especially important if you are a company that may experience growth in the future, and your current filling machine may no longer meet your production needs.
