Labeling Machine is an essential part of the manufacturing process, whether it's for food, hardware, chemical or pharmaceutical industries. With the increase in production of goods, it's important to label them in a proper way before they are released to the market.

Labelers can use several technologies, including glue-based labelers and pressure sensitive labelers. These labeling machines can print barcodes, date stamps, serial numbers and expiration dates to comply with regulatory requirements.

The labeling machine assembly consists of various components that are used to dispense, cut, apply and print labels on products. Typical components include a conveyor belt, labeling platform and an applicator.

This assembly can either be semi-automatic or automatic. In a semi-automatic assembly, the product is placed on the labeling platform and activated by an operator to initiate the labeling process.
Once the product is in place, the applicator is activated to begin printing and applying the label to the product. Once the label is applied, the product moves to the next stage.
Some labeling machines are designed to apply labels only on the top or bottom surface of a product. These systems use labeling heads positioned at the top and bottom of the product that rotate as the product travels along the conveyor and is dispensed to the labeling machine.

These systems are perfect for applying labeling on tub style and clamshell containers, boxes, cartons and cases. They can also be used to apply labels on bottles, wine and beer. The labeling process is synchronized between the product and the conveyor to ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency.
