Labeling process:
1. Manually place the products one by one on the conveyor line as required
2. The sensor detects the product, and the cylinder pushes the product to one side to position the product.
3. Before the product reaches the test target, the overall mechanism of the labeling machine's header is already printing labels as required.
4. After the product is positioned by the cylinder, the signal is sent to the PLC and then to the header, the labeling mechanism peels the label to the suction head, and the suction head directly presses the product to overwrite the label.
5. After the labeling and labeling are completed, the positioning cylinder is opened directly, the product flow is transferred to the follow-up, and the entire labeling is completed.
